All wire jewelry is made with tarnish resistant lacquered wire. This means that there is protective coating to prevent discoloration and tarnish from occurring.

That being said, we strongly encourage minimal water exposure to your wire jewelry. As frequent exposure to water and moisture will cause that protective coating to break down over time. If you do need to or end up getting your jewelry wet, please be sure to pat fully dry afterwards !

It's always a good idea to remove your jewelry when showering, taking a swim, working out/getting sweaty and/or washing your hands etc. to keep your jewelry pieces looking shiny and new !
